TK Luxury Candles Return & Refund Policy
At TK Luxury Candles, your satisfaction is our priority. We meticulously craft each candle to the highest standards, and while we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can sometimes arise.
No Returns or Exchanges (Except for Damage/Incorrect Items): Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect. Unapproved returns sent back to us will not be accepted or refunded.
Initiating a Return for Damaged or Incorrect Items: To begin a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tkluxurycandles.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed for a refund.
Damages and Issues Upon Delivery: We urge you to inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us at support@tkluxurycandles.com without delay. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include photographs of any damaged items. This allows us to evaluate the situation promptly and make it right.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary.
