Order Processing: All orders are meticulously processed within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may extend up to 6 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Carriers & Transit Time: To offer you the most affordable shipping, we primarily utilize UPS Ground. Additional shipping options will be available for selection at checkout. Please anticipate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped.

Important Carrier Advisory: Kindly be aware that UPS and USPS are currently experiencing significant strains, and their standard shipping window guarantees may not be honored. While TK Luxury Candles will prioritize shipping all orders as quickly as possible via your chosen method, we cannot control transit delays once a package leaves our facility. We appreciate your understanding during these times.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to fully update. Return Policy

TK Luxury Candles Return & Refund Policy

At TK Luxury Candles, your satisfaction is our priority. We meticulously craft each candle to the highest standards, and while we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can sometimes arise.

No Returns or Exchanges (Except for Damage/Incorrect Items): Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect. Unapproved returns sent back to us will not be accepted or refunded.

Initiating a Return for Damaged or Incorrect Items: To begin a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at tkluxurycandles@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed for a refund.

Damages and Issues Upon Delivery: We urge you to inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us at tkluxurycandles@gmail.com without delay. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include photographs of any damaged items. This allows us to evaluate the situation promptly and make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary.
